As an important supporting facility of the 14th National Games, the National Games Village is divided into a village for athletes, a village for technical officials, and a village for media reporters.

During the events, all residents in the village were provided with a variety of services such as accommodation, catering, commerce, medical treatment, and transportation.

Construction started in October 2018 and was completed in March 2021. In the construction phase, ITL Park introduced professional teams with experience in the operation and management of various large-scale sporting events to provide comprehensive technical support and management for the operation and management of the village.

Due to the requirements of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, the village had been under fully closed management since opening. Under the careful and efficient management of nearly 7,000 workers, the village was operating smoothly.

After the village is officially closed, all staff members will take alternating breaks. They will be assigned to work in groups and fully engage in the service guarantee work of the eighth China National Special Olympic Games which will be held on Oct 22-29.
