As part of the new model of the operation and organization of China-Europe Chang'an freight train, ITL Park's functional area of Shaanxi FTZ has opened up new routes, implemented the mode of operation in railway transit cargo stations, and created an information integrated service platform.

The new model has led to significant growth in freight volume, improved operational efficiency, effectively reduced logistics costs, and realized digital cargo supervision.

The digital financial integrated service platform for freight trains provides enterprises with functions such as online booking and customs declaration, business information inquiry, corporate credit assessment, and online financing services.

It has effectively solved issues such as financing difficulties, slow financing and lack of new enterprises, contributing to the high-quality development of freight trains.

To speed up the construction of an international trade channel with high efficiency, low cost and excellent service in inland areas, ITL Park’s functional area in Shaanxi FTZ and the Xi'an Branch of the People's Bank of China explored and created an international railway intermodal bill of lading financing.

Under the new model, importers can obtain loans with only one railway bill of lading, alleviating financing difficulties for small and medium-sized enterprises in import trade.

Moving forward, ITL Park will further expand multimodal transport, improve the functions of digital financial service platforms, and deepen the reform of customs clearance facilitation.
